Here are our terms and conditions:

Instructors

When you pay online or over the phone, we will then transfer payments to your allocated instructor as and when you complete your lessons. In the event you would like a refund, you should consult your instructor first. In the unlikely event you are unhappy with outcome, then please contact the office team for further assistance.

  • Your instructor will provide your lessons in a dual controlled car
  • All of our instructors have positive feedback score of at least 4 out of 5 for your peace of mind
  • All instructors will have a smart appearance and should keep their car clean and smoke free.
  • You are required to show a valid UK provisional driving licence to your instructor before you start your first lesson. if you can’t produce this on the day, the lesson cannot go ahead and you will be charged.

Driving Test

If you book a driving test without consulting your your trainer then there is no guarantee they will be available for your test. Please check in with them first to avoid disappointment.

In the event you haven’t taken the recommended driving lessons leading up to your test and your trainer doesn’t think you are test ready they should give you at least 5 working days notice, so you can seek other arrangements.

If your instructor becomes poorly or unfit to drive, please contact the office immediately and we will do our best to help you find another instructor. Unfortunately we can’t guarantee anything at short notice.

If there is a mechanical fault with your instructors car then he/she will do their best to find an alternative vehicle. We cannot guarantee the vehicle will be the same and in short notice situations there is a possibility we may not be able to find a replacement car in time.

If you fail your driving test, your instructor and the school is not responsible for the outcome. It’s the DVSA’s opinion if you have met the required standards and that is final. If you are unhappy with the customer service or conduct of the driving test then you can write to the DVSA  and they will respond. Details of how to do this will be on the back of your driving test from.

Our instructors are self employed franchisee’s

The driving school is not responsible for any money paid to the franchised instructor. If you pay the driving school online or over the phone then your money is secure.

If you pay your instructor cash, then the agreement is between you and your instructor. You should always ask for a receipt after payment to your instructor and keep a record of the lessons you have paid for and received.

Cancellation Policy

Your instructor requires a minimum 24 hours notice if you would like to cancel a lesson and avoid being charged.

We are not responsible for any lesson/test cancellations due to breakdown or illness/bereavement. We’ll try to find another vehicle or instructor, we are unable to guarantee this.

Refund and Complaints Policy

Any complaints should be put in writing to the driving school. We aim to respond within 24 hours monday to friday.

Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase. Gift vouchers will expire after the 6 month period and you will lose your payment in full. If you are unwell or can’t fulfil your lessons in this 6 month period then please contact us in writing before the expiry date and we can extend your voucher term up to 3 months.

After you start your first driving lesson from a pre-paid booking, you have a further 6 months to complete the rest of your lessons with your allocated instructor.

In the event you start your lessons but you have to stop for a period of time, please contact us in writing before your they expire and we can issue a credit note for you to use later.

Block bookings are non-refundable unless 0 hours have been used.

If you encounter any problems or want to raise a complaint, please talk to your instructor first. If you are still not satisfied, then please state this in writing in an email to us. Please include your contact number and our manager will be in contact ASAP.

Offers/price changes:

Our prices and offers will change from time to time. If you have purchased a block of lessons your instructor will advise you of the rate increase in advance and honour any remaining lessons you have paid at the discounted price.

Use of Personal Information:

Any personal information and details received us are used only for delivery of the intended service, and records are kept strictly confidential. Information may sometimes need to be shared with third parties to enable us to deliver the service required. To find our more please see our Privacy Policy

We uphold and are in accordance with the Data Protection Act (1998).

Limitation of Liability:

We as a company and our driving instructors are not liable for any damage or loss caused relating to any business interests such as lost earnings, lost profits, loss of business/opportunity or business interruption, including in no event liable for negligence or breach of statutory duty.

The content displayed on the website such as information, images and logos relating to us. services/products provided are displayed without any representation of warranty implied, whether it be implied warranties of fitness for purpose, satisfactory quality, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy. For what has been permitted by law exclusion of all terms and warranties are applied, directly or indirectly.

We do not guarantee that any information we provide is free from errors and we are not liable for any virus that the server may transmit.
